We are a small family farm located in Aiken, SC near Silver Bluff High School. We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs on pasture and in woodlands. Idaho Pasture pigs are a breed developed in 2000's from the heritage pig bloodlines of Duroc, Old Berkshire, and Kune Kune pigs. All the pork we sell at ALG are from animals born and raised on our farm. Purchasing our products truly support local agriculture; Our breeding stock animals were purchased from farmers in SC, we purchase feed from Newberry SC, the animals are processed in Hodges SC, all our farm equipment and infrastructure was purchased from local farm supply stores.
