We are Elemy's Bagels! We serve fresh, hand-rolled New York Bagels in only the traditional fashion. We do not believe in additives, nor do we think machines make a better bagel. Our goal is to bake our bagels the day they're shipped so that freshness is at the top of the list of quality ingredients.
